PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

All Zonavy products are currently available on a pre-order basis.

This means your item is reserved once your order is placed and will ship once production and inventory processing are complete.

Estimated production and processing time:

  • 2–4 weeks before shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Germany & Europe: 7–14 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Carrier details

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may apply during limited campaigns or qualifying orders.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Zonavy is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to customer error

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
