Orders may only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production preparation begins and changes may no longer be possible.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Zonavy ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does delivery take after shipping?
